At no cost to the builder/owner, GTS will provide a full underground cable plant complete with installation of all Head-End equipment. GTS will also provide for DirecTV access through our Head-End facility eliminating the unsightly small dish installations in the resident's patio area.
GTS installs a 14" x 10" x 3.5" Central Wiring Panel (CWP) in each apartment unit. This is a flush-mount enclosure with a key lock or slide door latch, providing termination for Telephone, CATV, Security and Internet.
Our exclusive design
provides a back module-mounting panel allowing for additional services such
as security or a LAN Patch Panel to be installed in the future. Our innovative
panel is essential to us because it provides and maintains excellence throughout
our cable management system.
NOTE: No additional costs are charges for the enclosure or the panel.
Our underground
cabling is designed for a minimum three pair out-count allowing for
3 lines per apartment unit. GTS uses
PE89, the industry's standard for telephone underground cable to be placed
in conduit. Circa Protectors providing surge protection to the telephone facility
are installed at each building's Telephone Termination Box (TTB).
Protection of all field splices is obtained by proper closure in an aboveground metal pedestal. This metal pedestal has a second Telco-rated closure that encapsulates each field splice providing moisture and dust protection to the splice.
GTS installs the
sophisticated CADDX security equipment. The CADDX design offers a low profile
keypad in each apartment along with an NX8 security system for the leasing
office that has 48 standard zones with broad zone expansion capabilities allowing
for a system custom designed to suit your properties' unique requirements.
GTS also offers competitive rates for high-speed Internet access at T1 speed
to your residents and leasing office. GTS uses CAT5E cable for fast speed
and compatibility with future technology. With GTS, Internet access is quick
and easy for your residents-the way it should be!
Our standard Fire
Alarm installation includes the Fire-Lite 9600 Control Panel. This state of
the art digital system interfaces with Fire-Lite's addressable pull stations,
smoke and heat detectors, Wheelock evacuation horns along with sync-modules
for handicapped units. In addition to performing the engineering, installation
and construction of the Fire Alarm facility, GTS also offers monitoring and
testing services.
GTS uses only the highest quality components to custom design and install your audio/video systems to achieve the maximum effect. GTS will provide either all or part of the materials, design and/or installation of the following:
Audio/Video System, including Home Theater, Complete Telephone System, Gate Security with the Card Access system, Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) system that can automatically send timed recordings to a CPU for pool, play and parking lot areas, Service & Maintenance services are available for all low voltage products
